Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise, permission to board may be denied by port authority.
Wi-Fi connection on board but have limited internet connectivity throughout the itinerary due to the area and the karst limestone and mountains blocking the signal from the satellites.
Paradise Prestige commits to operating consecutive cruising program without TRANSFERING during the cruise while other cruise operators in Halong Bay cannot offer. Prestige’s passengers do not have to switch the boat neither return to port on the second day.

Cancellation due to bad weather conditions:
In the event of bad weather the Management Board of Halong bay will assess if a cancellation is necessary on the morning of departure. If such a cancellation is necessary we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy
