Cruise itinerary and schedule are subjected to change due to weather, tide levels and operating conditions without prior notice. Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather. Unused services are not subject to a refund.
In some cases, due to operation issues, a transfer to our day boat – Bhaya Sprit (a wooden junk with lounge, dining room and sundeck) at around 8.45 am on the second day is mandatory.
Meals on-board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests with any special food preferences, allergies, or dietary requirements should advise us at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date.
Advance registration is required with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in, otherwise boarding permission may be denied by the port authority.
Wi-Fi is available on-board free of charge on the terrace deck. However, interruptions are to be expected due to the nature of the internet signal at sea.
There will be a 20 minute break each way from Hanoi to Ha Long Bay for those who are using our transfer service. Food, beverages and souvenirs will be available for purchase. It is the only place on the way where passengers and the driver can use clean toilets. There is no pressure or obligation to buy anything.

Cancellation due to bad weather conditions:
In the event of bad weather the Management Board of Halong bay will assess if a cancellation is necessary on the morning of departure. If such a cancellation is necessary we will make alternative travel arrangement for you on request or offer a full refund in accordance with the cruise policy
